WHO WE ARE

Escapes Media is operated by Carolina Guimaraes, a sole trader trading as Escapes Media. Contact: hello@escapesmedia.co.uk. We are not VAT registered and do not add VAT to our fees.

STARTER SERVICE

£99 per month, with no setup fee. Eight custom static social media posts per monthly service period for one brand, captions, a dedicated content creator, one revision round and approval before posting. You supply photographs, brand information and required account permissions. Photography, video production, paid advertising and advertising spend are not included.

APPROVAL AND DELIVERY

We confirm the production schedule after receiving your brief, usable assets and required access. Content is submitted for approval before publication. Delays in materials, access or approval may delay delivery. Social platform outages or restrictions may also affect publishing. Never send social media passwords by email.

BILLING AND CANCELLATION

Your subscription renews monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Checkout shows the amount and billing frequency before payment. To stop the next renewal, email hello@escapesmedia.co.uk before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals. Contact us about any billing error, service issue or refund request. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable law.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Extra posts, videos, campaigns and other services require a separate written quote and agreed scope. Website estimates are not purchases or delivery commitments. Advertising budgets and third-party charges are separate unless expressly included.

YOUR CONTENT AND RESULTS

You must have permission to use the materials you provide, including images, music, logos and personal information. Tell us promptly if material should not be used. We do not guarantee follower growth, enquiries, bookings, revenue or search rankings.

SUPPORT

Email hello@escapesmedia.co.uk with your business name, order details and the issue so we can investigate and respond. Do not include card details or passwords. Keep your checkout confirmation and separately agreed service scope with these terms.
